PostSubject: Low Country ??   Sat Jan 22, 2011 10:17 am

Hello,
Just wondering how Low Country is doing with the drag race program... I'm looking forward to making the trip out there with my 1/10 and 1/4 .
Does anyone know if there are going to some big races there ? I have not seen anything in a while...

I'm willing to do my part and support some good drag racing over there.. sunny

Things here have been quiet here ....and very wet. Sad

We are waiting for some good weather and a solid race surface (having trouble getting a decent track location.) before making any race schedule. The all the new timing equipment is here and tested. We are also seeing what Florence SC has for race dates.

Big Races?, I doubt that for this year as we really need to prove ourselves to be a decent track before the "big boys" come racing.

We almost had a outstanding inside location until the owner decided to tear the giant all concrete smooth as glass warehouse down for new construction.

More later!

Ok, and thanks.... Hows that funnycar working out.... I think 1/4 scale at 132' is going to be big this year....
Hope to see you at one of the big races .... I think we are going to see some VERY low Et's and big mph this year....I heard that Ross is in the lab with some SILLY horsepower.....but , we might have a little something for him... Hee,hee..

Funny car is working too well. If I ever get it to hook up (May have that fixed, we will see next event) It will fly!!!
