yeh i cant wait for the warm weather either. i have the same problem as you so many things going on in my shop and i,m a one man band. i should be getting my pics of antron browns top fuel dragster soon then i gotta make the body for my new dragster with that monster motor,,,then i have to send the body out to have it painted by a professional,,,thats the only thing i dont do is paint cause i suck at it, but everything else i do myself. gonna try to have my dragster done in time for nationals at english town new jersey in june so i can drag it thrue the pits and get it signed by antron brown and his crew chief brian karatae. i just might have to start it up in the pits while i,m there. cant wait

Ok...........Heres what Im thinking........First I need a small flammable areosol can of some sort....Those air wicks would do nicely

Some how run very small tubes under my AWESOME Zoomie headers ( Pat on the old Back..lol) with some type of ignitiion system that will continuously spark so when full throttle is applied a Valve will open supplying the areosol to the ends of the headers

And Bam.........Flames shooting to the sky....... Twisted Evil Twisted Evil Twisted Evil

This is very do-able.....1 way check Valve..pulled open when the servo reaches full throttle....I could evan use platic tubing all the way to the headers where it would mate to the copper tubing

A continuous spark from some sort of capacitor located at the very end that would look like the tempature sensors on the real headers Very Happy

Iknow I know.......some will think it cant work and Im even thinking Im reaching but it was in my head soo I decided to throw it out there

looks good dom,but one question,,once the car is together, lets say your at a race and you need to take the rear out to change the axle.do you have to take the back half of the chassis off to do that??

That is correct Bobby......The Bearing carriers screw in to the frame and the rear mounting bracket screws in to them and the top where you can see it.....Very easy to remove thou :-)

Im really liking the colors....
